LaChaundra M. Graham, MSM, MBA, DBA*


LaChaundra M. Graham, is one of the Washington, DC's areas top business analyst with a reputation as a trusted advisor to individual clients, small businesses, and corporate executives. She excels in recommending high-impact low-risk solutions that support organizational goals. Among LaChaundra’s unique qualifications are 20 years of professional experience - including academic instruction and research - building new and redefining existing programs, outlining goals and objectives, orchestrating implementation strategies, and, managing fiscal and staff resources in the government and private sector.  Her experience includes appointments as a Budget Manager for the Prince Georges County Public School System - Board of Education and a Federal Grant Program Manager for the US Department of Transportation. LaChaundra holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Economics, a dual Masters - Management and Business Administration, and is completing certificates in Grants Management and Government Financial Management. She will earn her Doctorate in Business Administration, specializing in Organizational Leadership and Administration in 2019. 

A strong team-builder and motivator - LaChaundra leads by example.  She started The Mentoring by Example Foundation in 2000 after volunteering as a high school level business educator with Junior Achievement a non-profit youth organization founded in 1919 that delivers programs during school to students in kindergarten through high school. In the early years of working with Junior Achievement, LaChaundra recognized that Junior Achievement's program was only connected to a portion of the youth community within the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area but saw the value of offering similar support to those unable to receive the same benefit in school. The Foundation, with its comprehensive programs, and services is a way LaChaundra aims to positively impact at-risk youth and young adults. 

Mentoring dozens of students each year, LaChaundra has helped hundreds of youth and young adults envision a better future for themselves and their families. She is the recipient of numerous awards: Excellence in Service Award, PG County Public Schools - Early Childhood Department (2016); Female Executive of the Year: Government or Non-Profit, Stevie Awards for Women in Business, Bronze Award (2015); Drum Major for Service Award, Corporation for National and Community Service (2015/2014/2013) ; Excellence in Service Award, Prince George’s Harlem Remembrance Foundation (2013); U.S. Department of Transportation Secretary's Partnering for Excellence Award (2012/2011/2010), and many more. 

Tracey O. Cooper

Tracey is a master educator with a passion for fostering an academic culture of excellence.

After completing her undergraduate studies in Psychology and Sociology and graduate studies in Teaching from Towson State University Tracey started teaching in the Baltimore Maryland City Public School System (BCPS). It was while working in Baltimore, that Tracey gained valuable experience in the K-12 education settings. Over the course of 15 years Tracey held various positions with BCPS including Program Coordinator (District-Level), STEAM Lead Educator, Science Lead Teacher, and Instructional Support Teacher. A seasoned experiential educator Tracey served as teacher in residence with BCPS, annually leading students in a semester long science, engineering, and technology intensive that focused on robotics and culminated in a robotics symposium with live demonstrations.

Tracey is a sought after educationalist and has served since 2015 as the Summer Learning Academy Director for Young Audiences of Maryland a philanthropic organization pairing teaching artists with schools and community programs. In this capacity Tracey has led workshops in a wide range of innovative education settings on education strategies across the state of Maryland. Teachers and students find her knowledge and spirit contagious – she turns every classroom, traditional or nontraditional, into a place where imagination and critical inquiry will flourish.

Tracey is also a passionate education consultant who unites learning techniques with current teachings to help foster innovation and lasting academic change. Tracey specializes in education program design, coordination and evaluation; facilitating and leading professional learning communities; academic data collection and analysis; system wide implementation of Common Core State Standards, Next Generation Science Standards;  as well as Project and Inquiry Based Learning, Technology Focused Blended Learning, and Gaming Pedagogy. As an education consultant, she has been invited to present at local leadership training seminars, as well as work with school systems to enhance their curriculum content in order to enhance student learning and achievement.

Michael G. Graham, Sr.


Michael Graham is an insightful, results-driven Facilities & Operations Manager with 10+ years of experience and notable success directing a broad range of activities at multi-level facilities while participating in the planning, analysis, and implementation of solutions in support of business objectives. He excels at directing and coordinating all phases of project management, creating effective operation strategies, and delivering unparalleled customer service. Michael’s wide-ranging skill set has enabled him to successfully contribute in a variety of roles, including budget management, professional services, and client account management. His drive and determination is spectacular and has earned him recognition as a Subject Matter Expert and a “go to” resource for operations planning. A team player who always goes “above and beyond” to get the job done, Michael takes on roles outside of his usual duties and often provides support to other departments.

Michael possesses broad expertise in the facilities industry and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He held key leadership roles with Beverly Health Care Associates, Habitat America Inc., and Gates Hudson Associates. In addition to directing operations of a 4-story 255,000 square-foot building (Columbia Heights Educational Campus - District of Columbia Public Schools), Michael substantially improved profitability at The Northwest Health Care Center.

Darlene Thomas - Peoples


Epitomizes grace, dedication, integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in all of professional endeavors. Darlene grew up in North Carolina and after high school pursued an Associate’s Degree in Accounting. She worked in the Accounting field within accounts payable / receivables before relocating to Maryland. After moving to Maryland, and getting exposed to the hustle and bustle that the Washington, DC Metro Area has, Darlene realized that she wanted a professional change of pace. Real Estate was that pace changer for Darlene. She has since that time maintained that change of pace and built a successful real estate career for over 10+ years in the Washington, DC Metro Area. Darlene is licensed in the District of Columbia and Maryland. Over the course of her real estate career, Darlene has worked every aspect of the industry, representing buyers, sellers, investors, and banks in both the commercial and residential real estate markets.
